Welcome to Annecillary’s client online bill payment website (the “Website”). These Terms of Use govern your use of the Website. This is a legal agreement between you, Annecillary, and Coordinated Resources Inc. of San Francisco (“we”, “us” or “CRI”).
By checking the “I have read and agree” box on the checkout page or by using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this Website.
We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. When changes are made, we will make the revised version available on this webpage, and will indicate at the top of this page the date that revisions were last made. Your use of the Website after such posting will constitute acceptance by you of such changes.
Please note that these Terms of Use are in addition to, and do not supersede or replace, the Terms and Conditions or other legal agreements or contracts that are part of your service agreement with Annecillary or that you may have otherwise agreed or entered into with Annecillary in connection with your purchase order or engagement of CRI’s services.
Nature of Website
The Website provides an online bill payment option for clients of Annecillary, and is established strictly for bill payment purposes. You must have a valid Annecillary invoice number to use this Website. Annecillary uses the Accounting Department at CRI for all accounting services. Credit card payments are accepted and processed by CRI’s third party credit card processor. By using the Website for bill payment, you authorize CRI to charge your credit card for all invoice payments you initiate using the Website. You understand that the Website may not support all credit card types or brands. In connection with your use of the Website, you agree that (i) you are 18 years of age or older, (ii) all information you provide is current, true, accurate, and complete, (iii) you are authorized to submit the payment, and (iv) your use of your credit card to submit payment via the Website is in accordance with, and not in violation of, your agreement with your credit card company. Completion of your payment transaction is contingent upon the authorization of payment by your credit card company or financial institution/bank and acceptance of your payment by CRI. In the event your payment is not processed or authorized by your credit card company or financial institution/bank, your payment liability shall remain outstanding and unpaid, and you will be subject to all applicable penalties, late fees and interest charges as assessed under your applicable purchase order or service agreement. At its sole discretion, CRI may impose limits to the number and/or frequency of invoices you can pay using the Website, and may decline any invoice payment exceeding those limits.
CRI may invalidate, refuse, delay, or reverse process a payment made via the Website if CRI believes the transaction: (1) is invalid; (2) involves misconduct or fraud; or (3) violates applicable law, these Terms of Use, or CRI’s policies. You agree to cooperate with CRI and provide any information that may be reasonably requested by CRI in its investigation of any invalidated or refused transactions. You agree that you will not hold CRI liable for any damages resulting from CRI’s decision not to accept payment made via the Website. CRI will return any refused or denied payment to your credit card.
